The purpose of this module is to reconnect with your raison d’etre, recognise that world-changing work is within your gift, begin outlining your priorities, and reactivate your power so that you can feel excited and ignited by your life and your purpose again
INTEGRATION PROMPTS
1. Write down all of the big, seemingly naive desires (beyond money and security) that brought you to this work in the first place.
2. Consider how those desires been diluted and eroded and why.
3. Decide which of those initial desires still hold true for you today, even if you have no idea how to turn them into reality.
INTEGRATION PROMPTS
1. Consider (with curiosity, rather than blame or shame) how increasing your income (and/or that of your clients), without shifting your perception of yourself can/has reinforced your own negative stories about yourself
2. Write down how your work has empowered your clients beyond the tangible results you have delilvered.
3. Identify one or more instances where that empowerment had a ripple effect that empowered one or more people beyond your client(s).
4. Take some time to think and write out your thoughts on how much more impactful (and far reaching) that ripple effect will be once you have amplified your transformational insights so that they make up the lion's share of your work.
INTEGRATION PROMPTS
1. Consider how your current way of working been limiting your growth and transformation.
2. Write down all the stories you can think of that have compelled you to ignore your responsibility to transform.
3. Decide whether these stories are really true for you.
4. If you find that they are not true, you can choose to release them now (but keep a note of them bc you'll need them in the next module).
5. If you decide that they are true for you, you can now delve deeper into how you know they are true.
INTEGRATION PROMPTS
1. Think about the times that you have thought about giving up and why.
2. What are the stories/triggers that usually lead to this defeatist thinking?
3. What is the VERY WORST THING(S) that could possibly happen if all of the stories were true?
4. Imagine if that very worst thing actually happened, and you were compelled to give up and go back to an "ordinary" existence.
5. Being honest, how long could you tolerate that "ordinary" existence before you couldn't resist trying again (and again, and again, and again).
6. Recognise that this is WHO you are and that, no matter how bad things get, you will NEVER give up. Because this is your purpose.
7. From this place, start drafting your MISSION STATEMENT. This does not have to be super specific in terms of how you will acheive your mission (since you can never know), but begin with what you do know in terms of what you want for your life and the kind of impact you want to make with your work.
INTEGRATION PROMPTS
1. What do you really want now, when you’re truly honest with yourself, in terms of financial business goals, non-financial business goals, and personal goals?
2. Check in with your logical mind, your heart, your gut, and your highest self to identify why each part of you wants these things?
3. What things are you realising that you've been chasing that aren't actually all that important to you (it at all) because you've been indoctrinated to what them?
4. What surprises were there?
5.You can begin releasing these "false gods" now, but keep a note of them because we'll be coming back to these in module 2.
6. Aside from money, what connections can you identify between your business goals and your personal goals?
INTEGRATION PROMPTS
1. Make a list of all the major ways you know that you have been giving your power away and consider how you will start taking it back? 2. Begin keeping a diary of all the micro instances where you find yourself in reaction (triggered, sad, fearful, angry, paralysed, etc) to others and/or situations.
3. Each time this happens ask yourself, "what am I making this opinion/situation mean in order to make myself feel this way?"
INTEGRATION PROMPTS
1. Revisit and refine the mission statement you drafted after training 1.4 to take into account everything you've learned since.
2. Review all of the tasks you have completed in this module and check in with yourself to see where you feel resistance coming up
3. What do you need to release to melt away this resistance and how will you do this in practical terms?
