To begin outlining your System Shadow / System Hangover profile, so that you can separate your own thoughts and feelings from those indoctrinated into you by the system and the coaches operating within it, you can:
1. Look through your responses to the tasks completed so far and identify which stories belong to the system
2. Ask yourself, where else am I allowing the system to tell me I'm not enough
3. Look at all the micro-instances where you feel triggered or discouraged and check in with head, heart, gut, and highest self to find out whether the reason is yours or the systems
4. Keep your System Shadow/Hangover profile handy so that you can add to it when new things arise and and use it to detach from thoughts and feelings that aren't yours, as and when they come up.
5. For extra detachment, consider giving your Shadow a name that is different to yours so that you can begin to see her as truly separate from you (because she really is).
